WELSH BACCALAUREATE
Our Welsh Baccalaureate programmes have been designed to allow the study of core components to be combined with key skills acquisition. The teaching of the core modules ‘Wales, Europe and the World’ and ‘PSE’ can be enriched through the inclusion of field studies, providing students with hands on experience of a variety of issues. In addition to furthering understanding of core components, students will be given the opportunity to fulfil specified requirements of the key skills unit and collect the necessary evidence for their portfolio. Any of our studies could be extended to produce an Individual Investigation.
