ASSISTANT COOK WANTED – 36 HOURS PER WEEK
An assistant cook is required to work as a small friendly team, to provide home-cooked meals and dinners for school groups, conference groups and hostel guests. We are looking for a special person who is reliable and hardworking.

The assistant cook will need to hold relevant catering qualifications. Experience preferred but we will train a college leaver if they are the right person. Must have good timekeeping, be polite, be able to follow instructions and also have the ability to work on their own initiative. Friendly disposition and ability to work with children and with a team. No late nights required. Will be required to prepare, cook and serve. Typical shifts: 2pm until 7pm. Working Monday to Friday and alternative Weekends. Flexibility required.

DOMESTIC/HOUSEKEEPING STAFF – PART-TIME
To assist the Housekeeper with a wide range of duties that include cleaning rooms, making beds, serving food, dealing with guests and assisting with the upkeep of the Centre. Shift times to be agreed: mornings or afternoons. Some weekend work.
