Mulberry House is the ideal venue for your conferences, training events, group meetings and social functions including wedding parties. Our flexible venue packages are custom-built for you based on:
- Function and meeting rooms for up to 100 people and private, walled gardens providing 1/2 acre of woodland, orchard and lawns for outside activities
- Residential accommodation for up to 70 guests with 30 single, 15 twin and 2 quad bed rooms available
- Full catering facilities on-site (offering breakfasts, three course evening dinners, buffet lunches and/or packed lunches)
- Very competitive rates
- Beautiful location on the edge of the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons National Park but within a short walking distance of Abergavenny town centre

FACILITIES
Mulberry House offers a selection of conference rooms and class rooms to meet individual needs.
Facilities include:
- Sugarloaf Conference Room – seats 40 theatre style
- Skirrid Conference Room – seats up to 10 conference style
- Blorenge Classrooms – seats up to 100 theatre style
- Chapel Library – seats up to 15 conference style
- A range of equipment is available to hire including:
Data projector; flip charts; TV monitor and video. - Broadband, internet and computer access is available.
Keep your costs to a minimum and take advantage of our flexible conference packages tailored specifically to individual meeting requirements for rooms, equipment, refreshments & dining.
Delegates can choose from a range of dining options:
- 3 course set meals for up to 50 guests
- 2 course buffet lunches for up to 70 guests
- 1 course light lunch for up to 70 guests
- Packed lunch to take out for up to 80 guests
- Coffees, teas, homemade cakes and soft drinks
served as frequently as required.
Additional facilities include:
- FREE Parking (24 hour)
- Guide dogs welcome
- Wheelchair ramps at ground level (no lifts)

DISABILITY ACCESS
We currently offer part mobility access.
Disabled access is available to ground floor and conference facilities. There are no lifts to accommodation floors. If members of your group specifically require disabled access accommodation, we are situated near The Hill Education & Conference Centre who offer full disabled access and lifts.
